The room was clean and had good A/C. Location is amazing, just off the highway, with an Oxxo and gas station nearby. Staff was pleasant, especially when I needed help getting pizza delivered since restaurants were quite a distance away. However, there were some downsides. No hot water in the morning made things inconvenient. The shower had mold in the tracks, which raised cleanliness concerns. Additionally, there was no elevator, so carrying luggage to the second floor was tough without assistance. The room also lacked sufficient furnishings like a table or shelves for suitcases.

Had a nice stay at Zar in Los Mochis! The place is super clean with comfy beds. The front staff helped us get pizza delivered since it’s a bit far from restaurants. Only downside was the lack of hot water in the morning.

The check-in was pleasant, and the staff were cool making sure I had everything I needed. The security guard was nice enough to keep an eye on my dog when I took him out after dark. Just wish the bathroom could use a facelift, it’s kinda in need of some love.

Hotel common areas were nice, clean, and presentable.

My stay was plagued by inconvenient issues. The shower was moldy around the tracks, which made me question cleanliness. To top it off, I was left without hot water in the morning and I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor without any elevator assistance, which was really frustrating.

The staff were super friendly! They made sure to help us out when we needed food delivered even tho the nearby options were closed. Had a nice shower, hot water was a relief after a long drive.

This place is perfect for me. It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me find shopping spots, making it memorable. Highly recommend staying here again!
